I. Establish the size -- W x H + SG. Commonly, the height of turn-over top is 3.5cm.
II. Select what kind of paper material you¡¯d like to use for the bag as well as for the reinforcement on both turn-over top and bottom base (which normally is 350gsm grey board).
III. Select the handle you¡¯d prefer and how you¡¯d like to place them in certain dimension.
IV. Provide us a design/printing that you¡¯d like to put on the bag (except the glue part).
V. Choose the finish you¡¯re favourite, such as lamination, UV, hot-stamping, etc.
